This is fast becoming my favorite company and I'll tell you why. All videos are fairly priced, the length is always generous and, most importantly, the action almost always is hot, hot, hot!! I also love the mix from one scene to the next. From high energy aggressiveness, to playful, to downright romantic and intimate. This volume is probably the best example of ALL those things. No small accomplishment, that's for sure! 1) After watching Jewels in WSW3 and Meghan in WSW4, I looked forward to seeing more from each of them. Pairing them together is an inspired idea! The scene is very aggressive and high energy. At one point, I thought the bed they were on was going to break apart! That's how much they're into each other. Great oral, fingering, 69 and strap-on action abound. These ladies do not disappoint. A terrific scene!! 2) Kyla and Holly make for a cute and playful duo. These two are so adorable together as they tease and please each other. They start out in the kitchen making sourdough pancakes (recipe included) and then move into the bedroom. Girlfriends Films is living up to it's mantra. 5 stars indeed!!

I really, really loved the second scene on this video, the one with Holly and Kyla! It was far-and-away my favorite. As with the other "Women Seeking Women" video I've seen, this one included sixty-nine activity on all three scenes, and all three scenes went pretty long. The first vignette was only so-so. A blonde and brunette are going at it right from the start. I loved it! Really, really NICE!!! Later there's a highly-touted female ejaculation scene that I thought was kind of stupid, but it didn't ruin this scene for me! I thought these two were AWESOME together! The final scene had the misfortune of following Holly and Kyla, but it wasn't bad. She ends up stripping the woman completely, and the two then engage in some affectionate sex complete with a sixty-nine encounter. Not bad, but again my favorite scene on this tape was the middle one! It made this video ROCK, at least for me!

Hmmm...the jury is still out on the quality of this company, until I see more from them. WSW #5 was my first. The middle scene took the cake (no pun intended) for me. Both girls are extremely cute, and sexy, and obviously have a great time together. I like playful romps like this sometimes, just to break the monotony of the same-old, same-old scenes. Not so here. They cook, and laugh, and in general tease each other to a boiling point before the real action starts. They kiss superbly! Wow! great close-ups on their kissing. Kudos to the cameraman on this one. The rest of the action is pretty standard fare, and the female ejaculation was a bit too over-the-top for me. The first scene was pretty hot featuring long kisses, extended oral, trib, 69, etc...but the girls just weren’t pretty enough to keep my attention. The third scene also features two plain looking women, but the intensity between them more than made up for it. They stroke each others breasts, look deep into each others eyes and look very much in lust for each other. The kissing was extraordinary. Full, deep kisses that make your blood boil. Can't ask for anything more, except maybe some better looking talent. Recommended? Hmmm... still not sure. It’s worth a look for its raw nature, and the last two scenes, but I need to see more before I start praising them.

This video contains one of the best scenes I’ve had the good fortune to see, the third one with Justine and Lena. (Vid caps 7 and 8). Finally, or should I say firstly, the first scene is ok, I didn’t think the actresses had quite the connection the actresses in the other two scenes had, and I didn’t care for the looks of one of them, but they put in a good effort and seemed to be enjoying themselves. In all the scenes the camerawork and editing are very good and unobtrusive. I like the dark lighting used in the bedrooms, it really helps create an intimate atmosphere. There’s no music and in all the scenes the dialogue seems quite natural. Do you like to see women being really sensuous, gentle and tender with each other? Do you like women who are attractive but don’t look like typical adult movie actresses? If so the third scene is an absolute must see. I’d recommend buying this vid just for that scene alone but you also get the very good second scene and the decent first scene as a bonus. How can you go wrong? Five out of five stars.

Must say, I'm starting to find the secondary hits here superior to the previewed videos. The sound here is a big problem, and as there is a lot of talking (which I like), a big disappointment. Wish I could hear them better. That aside, I like this video a lot. The first episode is very nice. I like all the fingering, the way the women very gently and playfully use their hands and fingers to pleasure each other. It's very slow and juicy. Very nice. A lot of the reviewers site episode 2 as their favorite. I thought it was fun. The girls are cute, and the baking thing is fun. But I didn't respond as favorably. Thought it was more cute than hot. A bit of a novelty item. My absolute favorite was part 3. It was a slow seduction, one of the best I have seen. I will add to several of the other reviewers, scene #3 is incredible and really makes the videos for me. Lena gives another excellent performance, just as good as her over-the-top sensuality in Women Seeking Women #3. Wow, this video just got better and better with each scene. I have been really impressed with this company’s productions so far. This series is a must-have for any lesbian connoisseur. There are only three scenes, and they are all long. It opens up with two very cute girls (also featured in WSW #4) in one of my favorite settings - the kitchen. I just love “messy” lesbian scenes, where they smear food over each other and lick it off. Here they use chocolate cake batter, which has a nice effect when smeared over their creamy white skin. They giggle, and kiss and lick batter off each other’s breasts, ass, neck, etc before heading to the bedroom for some very hot lovemaking. This is a nice sequence featuring plenty of kissing, breast licking, cunningulus, and, unfortunately some limited toy use. These girls look great together, and obviously love screwing each other which I assume is why they’re back. Only complaint here is the kissing is not long enough when they do it. Scene two starts out with a woman waking her sleeping lover, and then gently arousing her with kisses, and caresses until she begins to respond back. There is some very good kissing in this scene that is sure to satisfy the kissing-obsessed freaks out there (like me). Same basic action sequence-kissing, breast play, mutual oral sex, limited toy use. Pretty solid plan with nice performances by both women, although the brunette looks a little unsure at moments, like maybe she would be more comfortable without the camera. Scene three features enough kissing in it to almost be considered a kissing video. The women are sort of plain looking, but that is a stylistic feature for this company. This makes it seem more like we are watching real lesbians, instead of a performance. No complaints on this scene. It’s full of passion, and genuine excitement, and I wouldn’t change a thing. I’m definitely looking forward to more from Girlfriends Productions. Recommended? No question. I must admit that this volume was better than number four. It's nice to see that they are going in the right direction. Kyla and Holly (scene 1) are both really gorgeous and have great bodies. They have pretty good chemistry between them. It is playful, romantic, and very sexy. The kissing and sex are pretty good in this scene. I prefer more torrid action but I think that this series is made to be softer, so I shouldn't complain. Scene 2, with Jewels and Meghan is decent, but could have been better. Scene 3 with Lena and Justine should have been a lot better. I thought that the kissing would have been a lot more intense. I have seen them do much better in other videos. Don't real lesbians kiss passionately?! That is not the impression we get here. The sex is pretty good but like I said, it never gets torrid. I guess I would say that this series is very good for those who like it tame. Personally , I don't understand why video makers couldn't combine women being in love, yet making the sex very intense and nasty, but no domination or rough stuff. I am talking all out intensity, sweat, deep wet kissing, but no toys or Andrew Blake nonsense.

This series, although visually well produced, would benefit greatly from audible dialogue. The problem persists in WSW one through five which I have seen. Hopefully the most recent episode, number six has fixed the problem. It's a challenge with soft-spoken women but absolutely do-able. I yearn to hear what they're saying to each other!!!!!! Apparently the director doesn't care, or else he/she has read the script ... but the audience hasn't!!!!

I found this video to be very erotic. I agree that the sex is not 'hurried' or forced. I love the natural playfulness of the girls particularly the second vignette, although the kitchen part of it could have been shortened somewhat. I did like the g-spot orgasm although the irritating sound effect on the 'instant replay' was a bit annoying. I would rate this a five also and would say the second set was the best. The one girl kept saying how cute the other one is and I have to admit she was dead on right there. I enjoyed the kissing, cuddling and again the overall playfulness of it. This is my first review but nevertheless, I believe I should speak up. Having seen several others in the WSW series, I must say that improvement is never ending. Not to say the previous ones were bad - they were very good - but if one likes slow and easy seduction, hugging and kissing (as I do) then this one's for you. I'll see this again and again to catch the things I missed but the lighting, stage sets and most of all, the actresses were fantastic. Further, in all scenes (some more than others) the girls were all into it and not play acting. It was very realistic and portrayed genuine affection as opposed to the wham bam stuff that seems to be the selling point in most adult films. This one's a keeper for sure. I give it 5 Stars.

With all due respect to those who waxed ecstatic about this video, I must say I found it pretty damn awful. The high point, as others have noted, is the second scene ("Holly & Kyla") "Kyla" is a gorgeous and very horny actress, and I'd love to see her in something better than this. The scene starts out very well, with some teasing in the kitchen and a very erotic massage. But then it goes into the old I-do-you-now-you-do-me routine, complete with a lengthy close-up gyno-cam shot. Or maybe several. I don't know, I was fast-forwarding by that time. Neither of the other two scenes did much for me either. I don't want to rain on anyone's standards of beauty, but the Latina woman in the "Lena and Justine" scene has some serious acne scars on her face and a rock-hard pair of fake double-D breasts. Ugh. The video is, as noted on the cover, two-and-a-half hours long, which I suspect is part of its appeal to some people: In no way could any of the three scenes be described as "rushed." I, however, found the pace irritatingly slow. I feel a little bad giving such a negative review of a video that so many people seem to have liked. I'll just recommend that potential buyers find a copy to rent or borrow before buying this.

OK, I'm not a professional in the porn industry; but I do think I can give a couple of pointers. There's this cool thing on the new video cameras nowadays: it's called focus. Some even have auto focus where the camera does it itself. Might wanna check those out. When the viewer sees your shadow, it kind of ruins it. So you wanna watch out for that. When cool things are happening to the pussy, it's good to keep the camera on the pussy. I know it likes to move around a lot when it's happy, but ya gotta keep up. Oh, and that instant replay of the ejaculation... ok, that was just weird. When you caught it while it was happening, that was perfect, you should have left it at that. Note to viewers: if you actually cared about how to make pancakes, I wanna know, 'cause I would've left that out. You might not want to do any filming in a location that's close to a busy street or freeway. The sound of cars driving by is a little distracting. The actresses saved this one. I do not know if I would give this title 5-stars, but it is definitely a lot better than the very first Women Seeking Women, which indicates they are most likely getting better with each release, and that is what we all want to see. I have the same complaint with the camerawork. Sometimes it is flawless and sometimes very grainy during the darker lighting. The darker lighting may seem more realistic, but I do not really care for it myself, at least not on video. The camera angles are also very limited as well. Most of the time they only shoot from two angles. Either they shoot from the side or from the foot of the bed. I am not too gung-ho about that either. As for the scenes themselves, here is my take: Jewels and Meghan I felt was just an average scene. I wish I could go into more detail about my feelings concerning this scene, but for the life of me I cannot figure out what it was that did not impress me. I guess the best thing that I can say is there was nothing that really jumped out at me and said, “Pay attention. You just have to see this!” There is also a strap-on scene here for those who are interested; however, it did not jump out at me either. I really liked seeing Holly and Kyla together again. I think this is their third scene together. Either Volume 2 or 4 has them paired again for a second time. I felt this scene was a lot better than their first, and I really enjoyed the setup and foreplay on this one. To those who do not like food scenes, please do not balk just yet. Most food scenes are way too messy, but this scene is not messy at all. The girls even wash up briefly in the sink afterwards just to make sure all the sticky stuff is gone. The women are very playful together, and they seem to have quite a lot of chemistry with each other. Once they retire to the bedroom, it is nice to see them together again. This was definitely an above average scene. The only minor gripe I have is when they are actually posting the recipe they were cooking. Who cares? Justine and Lena is a textbook example where the women are more plain looking, possibly even unattractive to some viewers, but the action more than makes up for that. These two women generate a lot of heat. Unless you absolutely have to have drop-dead gorgeous and/or cute women and girls you should enjoy this scene. Overall this is a great addition to the Women Seeking Women series. Like I said earlier, I am not sure I would give this 5-stars, but I guess I will give Lezlove the benefit of the doubt this time.

I’ll keep this review blunt, since the only reason you’re reading this is to determine whether the contents of this production are worth the 25 bucks and change. Before I tell you, let me qualify my statements by saying I am no “porn expert.” I buy erotic videos for the purpose of enjoying them on special occasions with my wife. Industry porn turns both of us off, so we have recently checked out the whole amateur genre, in hopes of finding something that will be romantic, sensual and most importantly “real.” On a recommendation we bought Women Seeking Women 5. My initial thoughts were merely, “meh.” In general, the video quality is passable, the lighting is fair, the locales rather unimaginative (mostly sparse apartment dwellings, it looks like to me), the cinematography is rotten (the camera angles in many cases really detract from the action) and the sex is decent, but at times bland, and worst of all - a little boring. More specifics: Scenario #1 starts off nicely, and features a rather worn-out looking blonde, (who is strangely appealing) and a slightly over-the-hill brunette vixen with implants who could be straight out of any run-of-the-mill porno. The opening chatter is pointless and lasts a mere 30 seconds. This is followed by a very nice and all too brief solo segment with the blonde. The brunette soon enters, and things kinda go downhill. She is aggressive and carries a typical porno iciness, which both my wife and I found to be a turn-off. There is no gentleness or chemistry whatsoever between these two. This is grunt-and-bang porn and you can find it anywhere on any DVD for far less money. Pass. Scenario #2 has perhaps the most attractive couple, another blonde and brunette pairing. As others have described, it begins with the kitchen scene, which I found to be really lame. The acting is atrocious and the giddiness comes off as glaringly phony. The two move to the bedroom where the blonde gives an extended massage to the brunette. This seems to take forever, and the forced banter between the two had my wife and I laughing out loud. Some hot sex does follow, but the camera angles are so dreadful that the two girls might have just as well been under a blanket. Scenario #3 holds the most promise. These two actresses are very natural and average looking, which actually is one of the strengths of this segment. It begins with a very teasing discussion over wine. The chat here is genuinely seductive and the actresses appear really turned on. They move to the bedroom for some pretty steamy action. Very nice chemistry. The biggest complaint is that things move just a little too slooooow. And once again the camera angles make you want to give the cinematographer a good slap and yank the DV camera out of their clutches! All in all, I was not terribly impressed with this DVD. Some excellent potential, especially with the third segment, but far too many problems to make it an exciting “couples” video. (With the exception of segment #3’s sexy talk and chemistry, my wife found it to be a huge letdown) I would rate it two stars out of five.
