Illusion
This is one of those movies that might make you sad, make you scared, or make you angry; but no matter who you are, it will get a reaction.
Critic: Excellent performances on many counts help to make this a powerful and provocative movie. You'll be thinking about this one for a while when it's finished. At times uplifting and at times upsetting, this movie is never what you expect.
Rating: A-
Lover It was great watching Kristin discover herself and her desire for Taryn. The two roles complimented each other perfectly, which made the ambivalence in their relationship somewhat of a letdown.

Voyeur I have to be honest, the love scene was not all that I'd hoped it would be. However, Jennifer Connelly is as gorgeous as ever, and her beauty and class make it worth it to see her playing a lesbian.

Actresses: Jennifer Connelly & Kristy Swanson. Swanson feels really confused. She has met a boy who's really nice to her but she has also feelings for Connelly which she still hasn't explored. This scene switches forth and back between Swanson and the guy and Swanson and Connelly. With the guy, she's scared because of obvious reasons and with Connelly, she's also nervous because it's her first time with a girl. The segments with Swanson and Connelly first shows them slowly leaning in on each other for their first kiss. Later is Swanson laying on a bed on her back. Connelly's head (covered by the sheet) is moving slowly up from Swanson's stomach to her face where Connelly becomes visible and they kiss. In the final segment, they're sitting on the bed kissing each other passionately.
