Very strange and dark movie, definitely very "Eastern European". There is only one lesbian scene at the end of the movie, it is pretty nice but they act strange and "twitch" a lot. This whole movie is weird I guess.......

Lotus
This is a very moody and atmospheric movie that couldn’t be more different from the usual adult film fare. I won’t try to describe the plot, you can read the notes on the back of the box (if you can make them out) for that, but I will say that there is very little dialogue and not much seems to happen.

There is only one lesbian scene in this movie but it is quite long at about 15 minutes and, in its own way, very good. The women are both very attractive, one appears to be in her early twenties and has a very nice slim girlish body. The other appears to be a few years older and is just a little thick around the middle. They begin their love making by gently wrestling around in bed together, rolling around and wrapping their legs around each other, subtly humping each others thighs. I guess this is the part that Editor refers to as “twitchy”. They then spend some time kissing each other’s mouths and faces, softly purring at one another. The cover photo on the box is from this part. Eventually the younger woman goes down on her lover. The last shot is of them asleep in each others arms.

Like the rest of the movie their love making is very quiet, they do not exchange a single word of dialogue, they just make nice little purring and cooing sounds. The only other sounds are of their kisses and the rustling of the sheets. There is no music. The camera work and editing are very unobtrusive, most of the shots are long enough to show the woman’s entire bodies. This is one of the best parts of this scene, there is a lot of full body to body contact and intertwining of limbs, something rarely seen in adult videos. Since the women make no effort to keep their long hair away from their faces a lot of the kissing and oral sex is obscured, but this adds to the naturalness of the scene. You really get the impression that you are watching two real women making love together, that is this scene’s strongest point.

If you’re tired of the same old same old this movie is definitely worth a look. It is erotic in a truly unique and original way. I’ve owned this movie for about eight years and I still watch this scene 3 or 4 times a year. Four out of five stars.
