The House Hunters series revolves around female real estate agents brokering deals with female homeowners who are hopelessly behind on their mortgage payments. Lesbian sex is added sometimes to "sweeten" the deal, and sometimes lesbian sex becomes the central ingredient for the deal. Prinzzess & Ryan Keeley - Ryan Keeley is one of the most exquisitely beautiful women to enter adult films in quite some time. And Prinzzess clearly agrees. Ryan needs Prinzzess to negotiate some "debt forgiveness". While sitting on the edge of the bed, Prinzzess’s eyes especially intense, she explains to Ryan that she is able to overlook her fee sometimes (which they both know that Ryan can’t afford) for "special clients". The reluctant Ryan silently pleads with Prinzzess with her eyes, while at the same time slightly bending her head, as she offers her mouth to her beautiful, predatory savior. One of my favorite moments comes early on. Prinzzess has been deliciously kissing Ryan and tracing her hand all along Ryan’s perfect body. Prinzzess is fully clothed, while Ryan’s dress is practically falling off her body. Prinzzess sits up, leans over Ryan, and whispers, "I want to see more of you". Prinzzess then helps Ryan pull off her dress. Prinzzess then kneels on the bed, and drapes Ryan across her body, and then proceeds to kiss and to luxuriate on Ryan’s body all the more. The sensual lovemaking eventually culminates in Ryan Keeley crying out as she orgasms, with Prinzzess buried between Ryan’s gorgeous legs. Tanya Tate & Ariella Ferrera - Tanya Tate and Ariella Ferrera are excellent additions to Girlfriends’ company of stars. Tanya is a beautiful, elegant English woman, while Ariella is an earthy, voluptuous wonder. Both have two entirely different, but equally exciting, styles of orgasm. Tanya Tate’s passion builds quietly. Her body tightens, and she begins a guttural growl. When Tanya does cum, her body is rigid, and she lets out a grunt that seems to come from somewhere deep inside of her. Ariella Ferrera, on the other hand, is very demonstrative as she becomes excited. Ariella whines and her body twists on the bed. When Ariella cums, her whines become cries, and her legs twitch uncontrollably. If forced to choose a favorite moment, it might be when Tanya is between Ariella’s legs, rubbing her hard nipple on Ariella’s large, very sensitive clit. Tanya is rubbing for a while, but she gradually realizes that by remaining still, Ariella’s frantic movements will bring Ariella to a fiercer orgasm. The sight of Ariella rubbing herself, up and down, on Tanya’s gorgeous breast is beyond beautiful. But suddenly Ariella stops rubbing herself on Tanya. Chastity Lynn is in two scenes, one with Brenda James as her older live-in lover, and one with India Summer and Dana DeArmond as real estate agents contracted to try to sell the house that Chastity lives in. Chastity is a sweet looking young girl, with a very sexy, slim and firm tanned body. Chastity, however, has a serious nasty streak. She loves anal, as the scene with India and Dana amply demonstrates. Dana eagerly complies, with fingers (lots of them) and a strap-on. India gets her licks in, but this is mostly the Dana/Chastity show. This scene certainly has its hot moments, but I rarely enjoy three girl scenes as much as two girl. It usually seems, to me, that one of the three is pretty much a "third wheel" in the scene, in this case India Summer. Chastity Lynn’s scene with Brenda James is more sensual, with Brenda worshipping Chastity’s body and making young Chastity cum repeatedly. Chastity has one particularly long and intense orgasm. She is laying on top of Brenda, alternately kissing her and burying her face into her neck. Meanwhile Chastity is rubbing herself on Brenda’s leg. I thought that this was a very good movie, and the start of what could be a great series.

This is about as good as it gets. I’ve noticed that Girlfriends have recently acquired not just new cameras, but a new attitude: all their recent discs that I have seen have been good to great. On this we get: Ariella Ferrera and Tanya Tate: very nice scene, the only flaw is that Ariella, who is slim, dark and pretty, has these ridiculous implants glued to her front. Normally this would kill the scene for me, but the rest was sufficiently nice that it was not a problem. Dana DeArmond, India Summer and Chastity Lynn: did anyone ever choose a less appropriate stage name than Chastity? In this scene Chastity incites India and Dana to - no other way really to accurately describe it - fuck her brains out. Chastity in particular is obviously so turned on that if you could plug her into the mains, you could power a medium sized town. Chastity and Brenda James: opens with Chastity lying on the bed when Brenda comes in. Chastity is presumably lying on the bed because, after what India and Dana have just done to her, she is having difficulty walking in a straight line. Funniest line in the movie is when Brenda asks her about the two women (India and Dana), and Chastity says ‘they were nice’. Well that is one way to describe what they did to her, I suppose. Anyway, then she and Brenda, who is an extremely attractive blonde who really is old enough to be Chastity’s stepmother, have another really nice scene, very different to the last one, with lots of skin contact and touching. Princess and Ryan Keely, to finish. Another nice scene. Ryan has very nice underwear. This is an easy five stars and a complete no-brainer purchase. Everybody is clearly having a ball. Brenda James and Tanya Tate were especially nice to discover.

I thought this was one of the best movies made by Girlfriends Films in many a long day, with four superb, perfectly cast and beautifully mounted scenes. Scene one has real estate agent Ariella Ferrera meeting unhappy English lady Tanya Tate, who is keen to sell in order to escape her abusive husband. This is a really beautiful scene with the lovemaking just beyond compare, as these two divorced women find happiness. Scene two has agents India Summer and Dana Dearmond finding that their client has left her step-daughter Chastity Lynn to show them the house. Quickly they realize the girl is the older woman’s lover and they seduce her together. While I like India and Dana, Chastity Lynn gained a new fan in me as she took both these tigers of the bedroom on and won. Scene three then has Chastity Lynn and her older girlfriend Brenda James "playing" later that night. What a great scene. Scene four was my favorite, with Prinzzess finding that Ryan Keely has fallen on financial hard times and needs a favor in renegotiating her loan. The sex between these two was electric to say the least. This must come close to the perfect girl-girl movie, and like the previous reviewers have said, if this is not a five star movie then what is? A total classic. Volume two is coming.
