Featuring a few interviews and five solo girl scenes (personal favorites: Linda, Samantha, and Liz), the spotlight on these comely babes is just a setup for a rampage of all-girl action that will live you breathless. The first scene is with Claire and Barbie. They are having cocktails, but soon these girls decide that they'd rather have their tails than a cock. The scene begins with kissing, and what kissing it is. It's good; it's long; it's wet and the girls are into it. In no time, Claire strips Barbie down and lets her tongue have its way with her. Kissing and more kissing describes this scene, as the girls get into each other easily. Wow, this video was SCORCHING! I had somewhat mixed feelings about the "Sandy" video, but I had no mixed feelings about "Mayfair!" From beginning to end it was smoking. Echoing the sentiments of many others, the women in this and the "Sandy" videos are breathtakingly beautiful. All natural and all gorgeous, not one physical flaw on any of the models. For many of us who have been burned on Playboy's weak offering of girl/girl themed videos and scenes, the Viv Thomas line of videos are reason to rejoice. Instead of distracting from the girl/girl scenes, it only enhances them and is a "bonus" to boot. I also thought the girl/girl scenes had more heat and passion in them than the "Sandy" video. They kissed and licked each other with meaning. The whole video was beautifully filmed in exotic locations and the picture quality was exceptional. My only gripe is that I wished some of the girl/girl scenes were a bit longer, but that's just a minor one. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this video for fans of beautiful women and girl/girl scenes.

I don't want this review to repeat what everyone just mentioned but my favorite scene is the skaters (Claire and Sophie) who later go back to their room and make love. Ok, since I'm one of the only girls doing reviews here, I'll try to give you a different point of view other than outright adoration, and specific scene breakdowns which has been done already, and a different format for the review. First impression: This was my first exposure to Viv Thomas, so I didn’t know what to expect other than what I'd heard. To me, it was kind of like a dream. The exotic locations and unparalleled beauty of the women gave it a unique quality very different from other lesbian erotica. I was quite impressed by the tasteful imagery, and attention to detail. First impression: Shock and surprise. Why doesn’t anyone else have this kind of vision!? Strengths: The box has a claim printed on it-only the most beautiful models pass the Mayfair standards (paraphrased). They certainly hold up to this statement. Quite simply, no other lesbian models can compare to them. Flawless faces, perfect bodies. They could be just as easily wearing designer clothes in an upscale fashion magazine. Fortunately, for us they're paired off in exquisite lesbian scenes. For me, the kissing between the girls either make or break the scene. There's just something so intimate about it. This shows whether the girls are really into each other, or just being paid well. Take for example one of those late-night cable porn movies with its token lesbian scene. So often, the girls have no problem enjoying each others' bodies, but when it comes to the kiss; there either isn’t one, it's just a peck, or they outright shy away from each other when its about to happen. We have five senses to excite. Only two, sight and sound, can be captured on video. Why leave one of them out? It lessens the reality of it a little. Maybe Viv thinks the sex sounds cheapen or lower his craft. Hello again!!!! This is an erotic video, not a documentary. Also would have preferred seeing some dialogue and seduction between the girls rather than the solo scenes, or just more lesbian scenes. Overall opinion: I could go on with a list of adjective-adverb praises about this video, but it suffices to say that this is an oasis in a desert of low quality, mass-produced junk. I have one bone of contention with this video as well as the "Sandy" videos. The girls do not go all the way. This is my first Viv Thomas video as well as my first review for Lezlove. There is no doubt that the quality of this video is top notch as well as the attractiveness of the women. They are simply gorgeous in every way. The picture quality is crystal clear. For this type of video category , it is probably the best. I can't, however, believe how overrated the kissing and sex reviews have been. There really isn't much kissing in these videos of Viv Thomas. It's good, but to rave about it is going a little too far, in my opinion. The girls are into each other but let's not get carried away here! They have basically made a magazine pictorial come alive and the action reflects that. This does not even come close to many of the titles offered by "lezlove" such as "Simona’s Latina" series or "Sabina and Anais" or "TNV" titles. With all the hype I heard on this video, I figured I MUST get it, since the wife and I love watching lesbo erotica together, and I knew this wasn't "hardcore" like the other videos usually are. The scenes and angles you DIDN'T care about were focused on, and the potentially great angles flashed by. 69, the most erotic of f/f lovemaking positions, was seen only once, and then for only 15-20 seconds?? COME ON!!! My wife said she would have rather watched a lower-quality but more hardcore lesbian feature than this. And here I was, thinking I was doing her a favor by getting something more "tame". Do yourself a favor, skip this one. I have to run out to the video store now, and rent a movie with a little more action like the DIVA series. Those are definitely 5 star movies, with all the gorgeous women and hardcore all-girl sex and solo scenes you can handle. This one here is only worthy of one star, if that.

This was a decent piece of erotica, despite what many of the negative reviews say. I don't think it's 5-star, but it's not trash, or rubbish as a few reviewers put it. There are many negatives that keep this from meeting a 5-star status: 1) The Interviews: What a terrible idea this was. Take a look at the Philogynist's review about this major negative. Interviewing the girls that star in this all-girl movie, and what do they talk about the most? You guessed it... GUYS! You are about to have sex with another equally, supernaturally beautiful woman, and instead of saying how you can't wait to completely devour her you talk about guys! "I like the kind of guy who..." Shut up! I DON'T CARE! 2) No sounds of sex: I won't get into too much detail on this one. I think all of the reviewers agree that the music was overwhelming, intrusive and distracting. Natural sounds of sex please? 3) Too many solos: Solos can be sexy, but I found them too frequent in this film, especially since the lesbian scenes were a little shorter than I had hoped. Which brings me to negative #4: 4) Scenes too short: I found these scenes to be even shorter than the scenes in most hardcore films. I loved the various locations throughout Europe (and Hawaii) that this film was shot. All of them were beautiful. The production and the video on this was flawless and absolutely professional. In my opinion, Viv Thomas is damn near a genius, but he still has plenty of room for improvement. I don't think this video is 5-Star, but considering the movies Viv Thomas is coming out with soon, I think Viv is heading toward perfection as far as lesbian erotica is concerned.

There is already a plethora of information here posted by excited reviewers, so I will try not to repeat anything. I've seen most of Viv's work, and it's better than anything else out there, in my opinion. Now that I own several of the titles, however, I have to say that this one falls short, comparatively, in one aspect: There is no buildup. I love the teasing, or the seduction that occurs to lead to the scene [see Sandy's Holiday], and furthermore enjoy the stripping of each article of clothing. In too many scenes in this video, the girls simply go at it, or we are shown kissing fully clothed in one shot, then we see them half or totally naked. I feel like I'm missing out. Oh well, there's still Sandy's and Babes Abroad. :) If you haven't seen those, I recommend trying them first.

I just bought “Mayflower: The Video,” and thought at first that I had been shipped the wrong video. It starts with the girls going solo. When the girls did get together, there was very little intimacy. Good kissing, but a few kisses does not make for good lovemaking. Also, it is a turn-off when the models seem more interested in looking at the camera than each other. Run, don’t walk from this movie.
